Birthday Freebies for Adults

Yeah, it is only a few more weeks until it is MY BIRTHDAY! In honor of me, I'm doing a birthday post! Several of these companies will send you a coupon just for signing up and then another one for your birthday- but it these can take a week or two to come through... so don't wait until the day before your birthday to sign up.

American Eagle- Sign up for AE Rewards and get 15% off your purchase coupon. NOTE- This is a free rewards card.

Abuelo’s Mexican Food Embassy-Sign up for their eClub and receive a coupon for a free entrée with the purchase of entree for your birthday.

Arby’s- Sign up for their Arby’s Extras and receive a coupon for a free sandwich (with purchase of drink and fries) for your birthday. (gift can vary each year)

Auntie Anne's-Sign up for their Pretzel Perks and get free pretzel on your birthday.

Bar Louie- Sign up for their I'm With Louie Club, I haven't gotten a coupon from them yet, so I'm not sure what this one is. But when I signed up I did get a $10 off my next purchase there. I'll probably go there for $1 Burger Tuesday night! :)

Baskin Robbins-Sign up for their Birthday Club and get free ice cream on your birthday along with a coupon for $ off a birthday cake.

BD’s Mongolian Grill- Sign up for Club Mongo and get a coupon for a free stir fry on your birthday.

Benihana- Sign up for The Chef's Table and receive a dinner certificate maximum of $30 off your order. 

NEW Bonefish- They have an email club I'm still waiting to see if they send out a birthday email.

Bravo- Sign up for their Club Bravo and receive a coupon for a free appetizer for your birthday.

Brio- Sign up for their Posta Toscana and receive a coupon for $10 off your meal (with purchase of 2 entrees) for your birthday.

Buca di Beppo- Sign up for their eClub and receive a coupon for a free dessert for your birthday.

Buffalo Wild Wings- Sign up for their Buffalo Circle and receive a coupon for a free dessert with $5 purchase for your birthday. (It's under the "BE HERE" tab at the top)

Caribou Coffee-Sign up for their eNewsletter and get a coupon for a free drink on your birthday.

NEW Carrabba's- They have an email club I'm still waiting to see if they send out a birthday email.

NEW Chilis- Sign up for their email club (I'm not sure if you get a birthday gift, but you do get a coupon for free queso and chips when you sign up)

City Barbeque- Sign up for their email VIP and receive a coupon for a free dessert for your birthday.

Cold Stone Creamery-Sign up for their Birthday Club and get a coupon for a free Creation on your birthday.

dELiA’s- Sign up for their email sign-up and receive a coupon for $10 off $25 purchase for your birthday.

Don Pablo’s- Sign up for their Habaneros club (HAB Club) and receive a coupon for a free $10 meal for your birthday. (Note- you need to get Habaneros club card at restaurant to sign up)

NEW First Watch- They have an email club I'm still waiting to see if they send out a birthday email. But  I did receive a coupon for a buy one get one free entree when signing up.

Friendly’s- Sign up for their Best Friends of Friendly's Club and receive a coupon for a free ice cream for your birthday (free single ice cream cone with any food or ice cream purchase)

NEW The Great American Cookie Co- Sign up for Cookie E-mail and receive a coupon for a cookie cake slice 

Logan's Roadhouse- Sign up for the Nut e-club and receive a free dessert for your birthday.

Melting Pot- Sign up for their Club Fondue and receive a coupon for a free chocolate fondue (valid when you purchase any combination dinner or two or any four-course feature) for your birthday.

Mimi’s Café- Sign up for their eClub and receive a coupon for $10 off $20 order for your birthday.

Moe's Southwest Grill-Sign up for Moe's email newsletter and get a coupon for a free entree on your birthday.

Noodles and Company- Sign up for Noodlegram and get a coupon for a free dish on your birthday

O’Charley’s- Sign up for their eClub and receive a coupon for $5 off $20 purchase for your birthday.

Pacific Sunwear- Sign up for their e-mail, I'm not exactly sure what you get, but I believe that it's a % off coupon. (Note- I'm still waiting for this email) 

Panera- Sign up to receive emails and get a free Mini Bundt cake for your birthday, with the purchase of a sandwich salad or Your Pick Two. NOTE- This is only valid for Columbus, Cincinnati and Dayton Panera locations. You can also check out the MyPanera rewards card that you can sign up for, although I don't know what the birthday gift is yet.  

PF Changs- Sign up for their email list and receive a mini dessert for you birthday. 

The Pub- Join the List for a birthday surprise ( I haven't gotten this email yet, I'll update when I get my birthday email)   

Qdoba- Sign up for The Qdoba Card and get birthday freebie. (Note- you need to get the card in store to register. I'm still waiting for this email)  

NEW Quaker Steak and Lube- Mention when you are there for your birthday and they will provide complimentary dessert. There is also an email club, but I was unable to find out if you will receive a birthday coupon.  

NEW Red Lobster- Sign up for their Club and get a coupon for a free dessert on your birthday.

Red Robin-Get a free burger on your birthday when you sign up for their eClub. 

Rita’s- Sign up for their Birthday Club and receive a coupon for buy one get one free any item for your birthday. 

Ruby Tuesday- Sign up for their So Connected and receive a coupon for a free dessert for your birthday. 

Sephora- Sign up for their Beauty Insider and receive a coupon for a free gift for your birthday. ( gift varies each year) And GUYS can sign up for this too, last year my hubby got some awesome Men's Bodywash.  

Sonic- Sign up to become a Sonic Cruisers Member and get a birthday freebie (Note- I'm still waiting for this email)   

Texas Roadhouse- Sign up for their VIP and receive a free appetizer for your birthday.  

Tropical Smoothie Cafe- Sign up for Club Tropical and receive a free smoothie for your birthday. 

Young's Jersey Dairy- Sign up for their E-birthday club and receive a special treat for your birthday.
