Lowes: Build and Grow Clinic- Tabletop Basketball Game

This Saturday 3/13 Lowes is having their bi-monthly Build and Grow Clinic from 10-11am. They are building a “Tabletop Basketball game” this month for the clinic. Online registration is required, and there is a list of stores that are participating

Each participant  receives a free apron, a project themed patch, goggles and a certificate upon completion of their project. Although it does specify school age- as long as your child can follow instructions and handle hammering they will allow them to come. (We started going when our son was 4 yr old) This is always a great weekend activity.

Toys R Us: Barbie Mermaid Party 3/13

Toys R Us is having a Barbie Mermaid Party this Saturday 3/13 from 12-2pm. They are promoting the new Barbie movie "A Mermaid Tale." There will be coloring fun and great activities for the kids. If you are buying the movie there is a coupon available for $2 off the purchase of the movie, valid only Saturday. While you are there you can sign up your kids for Geoffrey's Birthday Club.

Quaker Steak and Lube: Military Appreciation Monday

Quaker Steak and Lube in Beavercreek now has Military Appreciation Monday. Just show your military ID to receive 10% off your meal and your kids will also eat FREE (up to 4 free kids meals)!

Momtopia Monday: Dayton Mall, March 8

Well it's time for Momtopia! March 8 at 10 am the Dayton Mall is having Momtopia Monday. This month Miss Joanie will be perfoming “Miss Joanie’s Potty Party.” The Dayton Mall will provide tutus, tiaras and magic wands to promote the Miami Valley Dance Company.

Also for the first time Chick-fil-A is hosting  "Moments for Moms" from 12:30pm-1:30pm at Chick-fil-a. Let your children enjoy story time, crafts, and dances with the Chick-fil-A Cow and a FREE Icedream cup!
 

If you have never been to Momtopia before there are giveaways, games, songs, and dancing for the kids (and Moms too). You can score some great stuff at Momtopia and valuable coupons to many mall stores.

Boonshoft Museum: FREE Admission March 6

Have you been to the Boonshoft Museum in Dayton yet? Well, if you were waiting for a great deal to come along... here it is! 

This Saturday, March 6 from 9-noon the Montgomery County Solid Waste District is honoring and celebrating the earth.  There is FREE admission for the first 300 children with a colored Litter Bugs Me page from the Montgomery County Solid Waste District. Coloring pages are available at the Museum or online. 

We did this a few years ago and C had a blast running around playing and looking at the animals. Although I would suggest getting there early and bringing a snack. :)

Home Depot: Kids Workshop Rain Gauge

Did you get go to the Build and Grow Clinic at Lowes last week? Well, this weekend kids can stop by Home Depot Saturday, 3/6, from 9-12pm for a Kids Workshop to build this Rain Gauge. You don't have to register for this one, just show up.

McDonalds: $1.99 Kids Meal Tuesday

Michael's Crafts is having a Free Kids Craft event 2/27 from 10am-1pm.  Join them for some FREE Science Fair fun! There will be a demo of projects available from Scientific Explorer. Then a chance to  make a FREE Molecule project using Crayola® Model Magic. While supplies last.

This Friday 2/26 The Mall at Fairfield Commons is having their February Momtopia.  There will be two shows filled with magic, juggling, and puppet acts at 10:30am & 11:30am. Don't forget to sign up to win the monthly gift card raffle! 

Momtopia is a free monthly event at the mall with music, dancing, prizes and fun for everyone!

Momtopia Monday: Feb 15 Dayton Mall

I'm so excited to post about my first Momtopia! Feb 15 at 10 am the Dayton Mall is having Momtopia Monday. This month "The Marvelous Toy" Marc Rossio will rock the stage along with a talented cast of students from Miamisburg High School with a brief full-costumed musical production of "Cinderella". Stop by the Momtopia table to enter-to-win tickets to Playhouse Disney Live at Hara Arena on March 5 or the Ringling Brothers Circus at the Nutter Center April 20 - May 2.
